I had an excellent experience at Dr. Gracia’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The waiting time was minimal, and the office was clean and well-organized.Dr. Gracia was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I never felt rushed, and they showed genuine care for my well-being.Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Gracia to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled healthcare provider. I left feeling reassured and confident in my care!

Dr Gracia gave the most thorough exam I have ever experienced. Her table side etiquette is great and I felt very comfortable. Would recommend!

Terrible doctor. Doesn't listen and was skeptical of chief complaints. Should not be allowed to practice medicine. Would have given a zero star if possible.

Horrible visit. She did not engage with me, look at me, or listen to me. She looked at her computer the whole visit. She seemed very uncertain of herself and could not explain anything. All this caused a delay of several weeks for my receiving treatment I needed. I will NOT be seeing her again.

She is a very good listener and very thorough. She took her time to understand my issues.

The doctor is illogical and irresponsible. She is not competent enough.

Horrible! Very uncomfortable!! She is not a good listener! 1st appointment with her she did not even look at my face. She was just talking and talking and was just looking at her computer. She even insulted me by saying that I need to take care of my feet with a facial expression of disgust (my feet was not stinking! I had OT from 7am to 12 midnight for 3 weeks and went straight to a trip to a relative that has a cancer and did not have time to paint my toenails which are dark due to diabetes). She even ordered lab tests that I told her that another doctor is taking care of because it can only be taken every 3 months due to insurance policy. 2nd appointment she insulted me regarding what I know about my meds then went out and heard her laughing about me. She don't have the right to belittle me and make me feel like I am a laughing stock to everybody! God bless those other workers who consoled me and gave me encouragement to still stay in their group with a different provider!

She spends more time looking at her computer than the patient. Had a very hard time understanding what was being explained to her and couldn’t even diagnosed a simple ear infection so gave me antibiotics just in case I did have one. Argues with the patients as well. Office policy doesn’t allow to switch doctors if you don’t feel comfortable with who you’re seeing so I’m stuck. They put their doctors needs above the patients. Be aware

I do not feel comfortable trusting her with my health conditions. Not very personable.

Recently seen for a chronic cough. At the same time a EKG and X-rays were performed. EKG came back with problems and was referred and seen by Dr Gupta. Had heart monitor attached after the chest X-rays. Got home around 4:45 pm. Received call from Dr Gracia's nurse at5:20 pm telling me to remove the heart monitor and go to the hospital to have a CT done. Asked if it couldn't wait till next day, was told no. Removed heart monitor, rushed to the hospital to find out there was no order for CT. Bad
