Very Pleased
Dr Kim listened carefully at my appointment and asked detailed questions. Made several suggestions of things to try, information to read. I was ordered a x-ray. The same afternoon I received the results and a message on MyChart with additional suggestions and what I can do if I don't see improvement soon. During my appointment she asked me 2times if I wanted to discuss any other issues.

I was disappointed with my first visit to Dr. Kim. Most of the visit consisted of answering the questionnaire I had already completed online. I also had to stay after the visit to complete a paper copy of the lengthy form. I was given a pneumonia vaccine, which I already had several years ago. She said it needed to be repeated, but after checking the CDC website, I found out I should not have received it again. I now have to wait a year to get the one I should have been given. After being told in pre-visit instructions to fast, NO lab work was done.

She only wanted to address 2 or 3 issues when I had alot of things medically wrong. She wouldn't look at everything as a whole and dismissed alot of things I said. I had to repeat myself multiple times.
