My family and I have been patients of Dr. A. for years, off and on. He's always thoughtful and down to earth, taking his time, and competent. Unfortunately, he's considering retiring in 2020. :-(

Dr Aoki was able to take care of my health issues and tests all in one visit! I felt that he cared about me and answered all my questions about my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to people I care about!

The negative comments about Dr. Aoki are very surprising to me. Every office encounter I have had with him has been pleasant and professional. He takes time to listen, answers questions, has a kindly manner and is the best ENT I have ever gone to. He spends time and does not make you feel rushed. I first saw him 25 years ago and last saw him this month. He really treats my problems where other ENTs have not. I have recommended him to friends and family and recommend him to anyone.

The most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. I was talked down to and belittled through the entire appointment. I left with absolutely no answers to any of my questions or concerns. I felt like he couldn't get me out of his office fast enough. Find another ENT.

The most condescending, rude, disrespectful Doctor I have ever seen. He laughed at my questions and constantly interrupted me. I'm astounded by his disinterest and insincerity. Would never recommend him or return to his office.
