Dr Jon Gieser does not have patience; gets upset, if you ask too many questions; frustrated and lashes out cruelly, if he doesn’t have the answer. He should respect all his patients, especially the elderly who can’t hear well or are confused. He should give comfort not snarky answers. I’ve found that entire Gieser family of doctors are odd & cold. Wheaton Eye Clinic is definitely overrated. I found my parents an excellent independent eye doctor, who is also kind. Go elsewhere. Hinsdale IL

I have been a patient of Dr. Gieser for a number of years. He has performed surgery on me, and his work and followup are excellent. I have complete trust in him. A friend in an ophthalmology office 15 miles away told me that Dr. Gieser's reputation was well known.
