Dr. Jon Green, MD

Office is horrible. Waiting six weeks for an appointment. Did not receive a call confirming so I called on day of appointment to confirm. First told I cancelled the appointment , then told it was cancelled because I did not call back and confirm. Of course, I would confirm after waiting six weeks. Told to wait 2 months for next appointment. No help. Horrible. Not sure about doctor but i strongly suggest using someone else. Do not waste your time. First negative review i ever wrote about or a business.

Hard to tell. Telehealth visit was generally inconclusive, and provided no real diagnosis. I was referred by my GP for constipation issues, and guidance was given for constipation, which is fine, but there was no diagnosis as to the actual cause. Referral was made, but only after a visit charge.

Dr. Green did not address any of my concerns, nor was I given the time to express those concerns. He told me a diagnosis and ways to live with my condition, which are things I already knew. He also told me that my conditioned re-occurred because I stopped taking a medication, which is not the case at all. If I could have explained my history more thoroughly, instead of being continually cut off and sternly questioned, maybe my needs could have been addressed. I will not be scheduling a follow-up appointment and I will be finding another doctor.

Horrible experience

Dr. Green is professional, always there when I need him, kind, courteous, and I will always refer friends/family to him.
