Avoid- Unprofessional Dismissive, and Refused Care
Dr. Jon Humphers, DPM, was one of the most unprofessional providers we’ve encountered. My partner, a long-time diabetic, came in with a painful foot issue. Dr. Humphers examined the wrong area, then responded with sarcasm when corrected. Despite calmly explaining the concern, he became argumentative, refused to listen, and fixated on a false narrative. When I tried to de-escalate, he passively dismissed me and told me to sit down—then refused to treat my partner altogether. We came for medical care and were met with ego and refusal. Absolutely unacceptable.
