Dr Ivey is an extremely talented surgeon and is a perfectionist to say the least..I could not be more happy with my results!

As a doctor myself, I have chosen Dr. Ivey as my plastic surgeon. I have carefully assessed and have had many interviews with other plastic surgeons, as well as other physicians who perform facelift surgeries; (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, ENT’s, Oculoplastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Surgeons, etc). In fact, I went into my facelift surgery with complete confidence in Dr. Ivey's medical knowledge and skill. I am very pleased that I have had the opportunity for him to operate on me.Dr. Ivey has passion and skill as a plastic surgeon- and because I have medical insight of my own, I can appreciate his knowledge. Felt rushed during the consults. Had a lower face lift and told it would tighten my neck and jaw line, it didn’t tighten my jaw or jowels. Asked if they would fix the sagging jaw area and was told I had been given Mexico prices and would have to pay for the surgical revision. Also woke up during the surgery

After a visit to the ER, I got the referral to this doctor. Tried to make an appointment, left voicemail, filled out contact form, no response to both. Called in again, the y were not aware of any contact. The office took the information, called back if I pay out of pocket, who is my employer. Then they call me as they can’t find my ER records, I provide them with the correct ER information, and then I am told that they don’t take new patients from that ER hospital, only from the other.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ivey for any medical procedure. Following surgery on the mainland in Dec, I flew to Hawaii in mid Jan for a vacation. When I arrived in Hawaii I had a large painful seroma (fluid filled cavity under the skin) at the base of my spine near my tail bone. Over the next 30 days Dr. Ivey saw me 2-3 times a week to drain the seroma. I have a very low pain threshold and I'm very uncomfortable with needles and I often panic or faint. Draining the seroma required two injections each visit (that was about 18 injections!!). Dr. Ivey and his staff were very patient and understanding of my concerns and they always made feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Ivey carefully explained the problem I was having and he patiently walked me through each step of the procedure. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and up to date on medical procedures and he provided me with various solutions to my problem and pros and cons for each solution. Very welcoming, warm & friendly staff.

Him and his staff are so Professional and friendly.He took the time to listen and understand.Best hand doctor
