Love the office of Dr Vu
He listens to me about my pain in my spine and sacrum. Is very courteous and I really like Valeria and Dr A, the anesthesiologist .. I like the fact I can have sedation with my back injections. Been a patient for over 6 years.

My experience with my PA is great at DR.Vu
My PA, Brittany Jackson is always very friendly and asks all the right questions I would expect from a professional like herself. I will continue to be her patient and recommend this practice to all my friends. Thank you Brittany!

I have suffered with chronic pain (fibromyalgia) for over 10 years until I met Dr Vu in 2019. I became his patient and my life has changed tremendously. I used to be bound in the bed all day. Because of Dr Vu’s treatment plan, I’m able to walk and enjoy activities again.

Dr Vu is extremely compassionate. He is truly there to alleviate chronic pain that many of us have been suffering from for a long time. His staff, however, needs to learn customer service! They are very rude and they don't match his great attitude and feeling.

I agree there are Dr. shoppers and drug seekers leaving some of the negative reviews. This is my experience... The office got my 91 year old parent in for over $13,000 of a billable procedure within 2 days. When she called to make an appointment for a refill on her medication the office told her it would be 6 weeks. Yes.. 6 weeks...Dr.Vu was extremely nice although his office staff needs a huge scoop of compassion training.

His staff is rude and arrogant. The office manager in particular. Dr Vu will not answer or return any phone calls even when you have a serious pain issue You either need to wait for an appointment or have your need passed through someone else in the office who talks to him and then calls you back with his reply. That leads to miscommunication and a waste of time when issues are urgent. He clearly only cares that you are in pain when you have paid to come into his office.

Questionable on how they complete their Urine test. They give you a cup with no name or any of your information and you place it in a big basket and leave. Not sure if that is a great way to test a persons Urine when you do not know who it belongs to. Treated very rudely and never received a call back after asking about my Urine sample that was incorrect. Dr. Vu seemed like he could careless about your level of pain. I will not be going back and finding a new pain Dr.

I would never recommend this Dr. One of my urine test came out odd and I was never told until I called for a refill. I ended up cold turkey on pain pills I have taken for years. Luckily I got codiene from another Dr. I ask the Pain clinic to redo my test and they refused and told me never come back ( Very Rude).

Jon Vu is the best interventional pain doctor I could have ever hoped to find. I know, of a certainty, that his brilliant mind has saved my life. Everything about his practice is the best. If you read one negative comment about him, it's most likely from someone with an innapropriate relationship with their pill bottles. Dr. Vu is above reproach and you should consider yourself very blessed if he has the time to take you on as a new patient.
