Ignored for Months
Telehealth
The telehealth appointment made me feel more like a case study than a patient. I had various medications that needed to be approved, and it was very difficult to get in contact with Dr. Welch and the MA's. Because of the lack of response, I had to wait over 3 months for my medication, and in the meantime had to rely on expired medication for a condition that is life threatening. The patient advocacy group and pharmaceautical company were unable to move forward with approving my medication as the Dr. Welch did not do his part of the submission process. I was lied to when I called, and it left me feeling so neglected that I had to pay extra to go to a different allergist, as I could not wait anymore.

Best Allergy & Immunology Doctor
Dr. Welch cured my allergy and was very attentive to my diagnosis and Treatment. I would recommend Dr. Welch to anyone that wants quality care.
