Surgery Gone Great!
Great Surgeon. Outpatient procedure was superior. Dr Anderson, as well as his Office and Clinical Staff were very courteous and professional. Met all expectations. Minimal Wait Time in office, 10-15 minutes - quick for a specialist! Overall office and hospital experience exceeded expectations.

Excellent physician, puts his patients first.
I have seen Dr. Anderson for almost 10 years. He is highly educated and cares for his patients putting their medical needs above all else, he thoroughly discusses all available options for care and explains in detail the treatment algorithms. On my most recent appointment, I waited about 7 minutes to be seen (which I thought was excellent for a specialist) although my average wait time has been about 15-20 minutes from checking in to seeing Dr. Anderson…. My brother-in-law and husband are also patients of his and we all unanimously agree his bedside manner is top notch. He is the best urologist in the CSRA. Highly recommend Dr. Anderson.

The worst outpatient experience of my life. Pros: * Nice facility. * Dr. Anderson can be charming. Cons: * Long wait times. 45 minutes first visit. * Staff can be unprofessional. * Very short time with the doctor. * My modesty was challenged several times and I’m not prudish. * Checkout first time took 20 minutes just to finish the one patient in front of me. * Out-patient procedure was quite painful. Most pain ever for me in an out-patient setting. * No documentation telling me what to do after the procedure. * Post procedure problem almost caused me to go to ER. Bottom line for me: Never again.

Dr. Anderson has a total disregard for patients time. I was on time for an appointment and found there were 10 people ahead of me which could have been a 2 hour wait. I left the office. They then scheduled me for an 8 am appointment, the first of the day. That day Dr. Anderson decided to forget his patients and go on a training day. No warning from the staff not to show up at 8 am. I left again this time for good.

I first want to say that I appreciate everything Dr Anderson has done for me in the past, but for reasons that are my own business, I feel I would like to see another Dr. So I call the office and cancel an appointment I have with Dr Anderson and tell them I want to reschedule with Dr Mack, who is in the same office. I was told in order for me to see Dr Mack, they will have to fill out paperwork and Dr Anderson would have to approve, because he wants to keep his patients. Wow! That’s my choice!!
