I was treated for Plantar Fasciitis by Dr Blum. I followed his instructions to a T, did the exercises he recommended, wore the shoe inserts he prescribed and the foot appliance at night. My problem was resolved 100 percent, no recurrence at all. Do what the doctor tells you. Never argue with your Doctor, Lawyer, Flight instructor or Parachute rigger.
