Dr. Bonnet called after hours to check on my son, who had his wisdom teeth extracted. I thought that was a very kind thing to do!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bonnet and she is doing great. The office is very professional, prompt and clean! Staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Bonnet is friendly as well and did a great job.

I had multiple infected teeth and the original dentist I went to refered me to the oral surgeon but didn't tell me how severe the infection was. Dr bonnet was able to get me in that week for an emergency extraction and I am so thankful. I was out of there in an hour and have minimal pain

Haley was the dental assistant helping Dr. Bonnet. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to all of my concerns. She was there for both the surgery and consultation. Everyone there did a great job staying safe with covid and making me feel comfortable. I could not be happier with my experience.

I had to take off work to attend a consultation appointment and scheduled it for first thing in the morning, 8am. First, they "lost" my electronic paperwork which delayed my appointment by half an hour. (I had email confirmation that it was received.) Then, they obviously didn't review my file ahead of time because if they had, they wouldn't have tried to "sell" me on the implant that was already stated in my file I did not want. I was treated like an animal because I only wanted the tooth extracted and not the implant. (I was in pain and was told I couldn't get in for 6 wks!) Dr Bonnet has the worst bedside manner that I've ever experienced. He removed my daughter's wisdom teeth months ago and she had nothing but issues and had to return to his office twice and take two rounds of antibiotics. Unfortunately, he is the only oral surgeon in BC otherwise I would have never gone there. Fortunately, I found a dentist to pull the tooth a few days later AND it cost way less! Bonus!

Dr. Bonnet and staff are more than excellent. Surgery went very well, explanations at every phase. Would like to give them a 6 but that's not an option

I am still in a state of shock! The Dr. gave me two shots left for a few minutes and came back to see if it was numb. He tested it and did something else and left again. He came back and said you can go home now young lady and I said “aren’t you going to pull it and he said I already did! I could not believe it! But I did see the tooth. No pain , no pressure! What a godsend he is! Thank you Lord for this oral surgeon.

He is an excellent surgeon and his staff is great. So glad I went to him.
