I brought my elderly father to Dr. Bowman as he was feeling very ill. Dr. Bowman gave him a prescription for an antacid. I was appalled that he was going to send us on our way without even requesting basic blood tests so I demanded the doctor request it. Once the lab results came back, Dr. Bowman said my dad needed his gallbladder removed. Getting a second opinion, my dad was diagnosed with LYMPHOMA!!!! This doctor is a joke. GET A SECOND OPINION.

I travel back to Kanab from the larger town I moved to because I needed a GOOD doctor and oddly enough the ones in the larger town were a joke. From when I moved to Kanab 20 years ago he still works with the same assistant!! He listens and expects you to participate in your own care. I have chronic pain from fibromyalgia - He is the reason I can still work & I still get to enjoy traveling and outdoor activities because he helped me with paperwork for my service dog. I owe him my life because the others just tried to drug me and call me crazy! Between him and a hard working dog I was able to keep my horses! Only bad thing is so many people see him you have to plan ahead for an appointment - he's good.

I saw Dr. Bowman while visiting Kanab in May 2018. He listened carefully to my concerns, ordered blood tests, and explained the results thoroughly. Both his manner and the information he gave me put me at ease. He was open to questions and did not hurry me at all. I saw him on very short notice and appreciated the time he spent with me.

I have been going to Dr Bowman for two years since I moved here and of all the doctors I have seen he is one of the best. He has great bed side manor he's the kind of doctor you can joke around with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Bowman is one of the kindest doctors you will ever go to. I always feels like he takes time to answer my questions, and that he really cares. My only complaints would have to be towards the office (some outdated equipment, and subpar employees).
