called in on August 3rd at 12.57 and spoke with a female. I told her I needed a second opinion for dental work and implants. I am limited for days and times as I told her. She told me they were open Wednesday's till 6 and 8 pm Thursday's. I booked an appointment for today, 8/11/21 at 5 pm. She told me to bring x-rays,pano's and treatment plan to show dentist. I arrived early to sit and wait at 4:20. The girl at the desk said I didn't have an appointment. I showed her my phone and the call information and showed her I talked for 5 minutes, 28 seconds. Here I could not see anybody today and when would be a good day and time to reschedule. Obviously, this is not a dentist I would be interested in. Poor scheduling practice.
