Dr. Jonathan Campbell III, MD

Dr Campbell always comes in with a calming, and friendly demeanor, he makes general conversation whilst also asking about your health during his routine exam procedure {listens to lungs, heart, checks eyes, ears reflexes, etc.} Always listens thoroughly to any specific things I bring to his attention and answers any questions or concerns and I am very confident and satisfied with any diagnosis and treatments I've received while under his care. He always addresses any need or health issues I have, whether I bring it to his attention or he discovers during a visit exam., and has always given treatment or prescriptions that work perfectly to heal or treat my illness, or condition. He's never in a rush, and always makes me feel comfortable, and I am very pleased with his overall treatment & care for my general or urgent healthcare needs. I couldn't ask for a better PCP!!!!

Dr. Jonathan Campbell has earned our loyalty! We've been displeased by other physicians in Mobile and we are lucky we found him. We are thrilled with Dr. Campbell. He treated us kindly, was patient and listened. He is very thorough and explains everything well. A combination of professional and friendly is hard to find in physicians, sadly, and is rare. Dr. Campbell is both. If you want quality care and a doctor with experience and bedside manner, Dr. Campbell won't disappoint.

This office is very slow. They make you sit in waiting area for hour before they call you to back. I will not be back.

At first he was pretty cool. This was in the Till Corner office,Infirmary Health. He seemed to never be in a hurry, very open-minded and even gave me a few CASES of Ensure for free. That stuff is 9.99 a six pack! In April I went to get my biyearly prescriptions filled, 1 of which is extremely addictive. In fact I've been taking them for 25 yrs for severe anxiety. I also asked if he knew how to stop leg cramps. He said gabapentin is good for that, and he'd write me some and disappeared. Minutes later his nurse hands me a stack of papers and I follow her out. When I realized my scripts weren't among them I went in to the receptionist and told her. She pulls out my file. Nothing. Looks online then looks at my acct and says, Campbell will no longer be handling ur file. Why? Go get him. He says he's not coming out or writing them. For those of u under a rock, xanax is a very hard drug to come off of. Like opium, it's mental and physical. He arranged where I can't see ANY DR w Infirmary.

My husband is a patient at Dr. Campbell's office. I have worked in healthcare for 23 years in all aspects (clinical, management, and billing). This office is very lazy and does not put their patients first. I attempted to post all the instances where his office showed their lack of skill and care for patients but unfortunately their is not enough character spaces available to complete the post. I would not recommend them to anyone.
