Dr. Jonathan Coppin, MD

Things have greatly changed with this office. This was once a good medical provider that treated patients with great kindness, compassion, and you left your appointment feeling that you got some real value out of your visit. Wait time for an appointment is 3 to 4 months. It’s shocking when the patient hears how long they may have to wait for an appointment. Then the patient is told that they can be put on a waiting list for possible appointment cancellations. Not an acceptable alternative. Quality of care has greatly deteriorated and become a waste of time. In my opinion, this doctor needs to review Hippocratic Oath he took and his ethical principles. The oath is the medical code of ethics that essentially says they will promise to do no harm, and they will prioritize the patient’s well-being. When the doctor can’t see a patient for 3 to 4 months out, there is harm done, and they have not prioritized the patient’s well-being. Our healthcare system is broken.

This doctor and his staff have the worst follow through and bed side manner. Over the last year he has failed to refill a med that is a daily requirement

I have been a patient of Dr. Coppin for several years now and have followed him to his new practice - even though it's an additional 30 minutes out of my way. Why? Because he asks very detailed questions, seeks to understand rather than trying to be understood, and reduces the medical jargon into an easy-to-understand message that I can act upon. I appreciate the way he treats me with dignity and respect. I wholeheartedly endorse him - he has made a difference in my life.

Schedule an appointment a month out as that was the earliest available. Walk into an empty office and wait for a visibly annoyed staff to come back to the front desk. Give them my insurance card and they are unable get the information up on their system. At this point they show their contempt for me even being there in the first place with the Manager of the office himself complaining to my face about me even being able to schedule the appointment with their office. They refuse to talk to my insurance agent to help them get the insurance information they need. As they drag this out and refuse to actually try and solve the problem. The Manager then tells me that since this is taking so long and we are now a minute past the appointment time that I will have to reschedule my appointment and the next open slot is in 6 months.This staff is beyond bad

I was scheduled for a TeleDoc today February 22 at 11:00 in the morning. It's 1:33 in the afternoon and I still have yet to receive my TeleDoc appt. This is unacceptable. I have left four messages with the answering service and still haven't received a call. I will not be returning to this office.

I had a fantastic first visit with Dr Coppin. He was attentive, empathetic and knowledgeable. He actually knew about my rare condition and treatment for it. He didn’t judge me and was open to revisiting my current treatment plan to help me live life more fully. His pleasant and open demeanor helped me to feel more comfortable than I usually am during a physician’s office visit. Dr Coppin is first class!

Excellent physician, however it is difficult to reschedule an appointment or ask a question because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT HIS OFFICE. When someone does finally answer after 15-20 minutes of being on hold, they are ALWAYS rude. I wish I could reschedule online so I didn’t have to bother with calling, but that feature is not available. I would rather eat nails than have to call his office.

Finding a doctor who will listen to a patient's concerns and discuss them fluently has been rare in my experience. Dr. Coppin does this.

Dr. Coppin & Robert (med assistant ) were very caring and answered my questions.

Couldn't be better! I've gone to Dr. Coppin for a number of years for various treatments. Dr. Coppin always gives the time necessary, answers questions completely and is very thorough.

The entire staff was warm and welcoming and the doctor took the time to get to know me and my medical history and needs.

Dr. Coppin is wonderful with my 84yo Mom and all her issues

Just a good tool for health. I would really recommend Dr.Coppin in any given day. Super good Doctor keep up the good work Dr.Coppin!!!!!! Now let me just say that the office staff definitely has tons of room improvement. It is unfortunate that an amazing physician like him is not at the level he deserves due to lack of knowledge, organizational skills, communication skills, and simply politeness and good customer service on behalf of office staff.

Dr. Coppin and his staff are awesome. Great, caring and understanding of my medical needs. they always follow up with medication and appointment.
