Incredible Doctor
My mother absolutely loves Dr. Croopnick. He remembers all of her history every time he sees her, his memory is impeccable to the smallest details. He is always prepared, never spends time going over her file while she is with him. He is clear with his reviews and always upbeat and kind.

At first I liked him. But then I had an issue with enlarged lymph nodes and was sent for an ultrasound and then a biopsy. Dr. Croopnick never shared the results with me for either. I waited by the phone for days for the results and finally messaged him in the patient portal. For the ultrasound, I sent him two messages and called the office and he still didn't call me until 3 days later. And then for the biopsy I found out that he was sitting on the results for 2 days and didn't call me. When I messaged him to inquire about the results, he wrote, "No cancer was detected." He did not bother to call or explain the results in any way. I would definitely not recommend him and will be looking for a new hematologist.
