No one paid attention to the referral
I called to make sure the office received the referral my doctor had sent them along with the scan of my shoulder--torn tendon, quite painful. I called the office three times over a period of 3 to 4 months. All they would say is the Dr. Fow needs to review the referral. I was never contacted.

I needed shoulder surgery and was terrified to have it, so I waited until I couldn't hardly move my arm. Dr. Fow assured me that I would have physical therapy immediately and that I would be fine. I had to trust him since I had to have the surgery. Well! my surgery was a piece of cake I can't believe how I suffered because I was afraid. Dr. Fow is a great surgeon and a kind and caring person. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family in the area.

I fell, broke my hip and was rushed to French. Dr. Fow performed emergency surgery and did a genius job! I was up and walking in no time. He also is very kind and considerate. I asked him for a minimum of pain medication, so he gave me 1/4 the usual amount for hip patients, which was perfect. He checks me once a year now. I highly recommend Dr. Fow!
