Dr Grenadir and Mount Sinai are dishonest.
Telehealth
Do not use Mount Sinai virtual care. My PCP was not available (as is always the case for virtual sick visits) so I used the Mount Sinai app. I randomly got Jonathan Grenadir. I had strep throat so he prescribed antibiotics. I didn't spend more than 10 minutes with him total and he was moving very slowly for it to take that long. The bill is for $660 and submitted as out of network even though Mount Sinai is in network. He coded the visit as Level 4 and 45 plus minutes long. He went back 30 years into my medical history to try to claim an injury from my childhood complicated my diagnosis for strep throat. I have had zero complications from that injury in 30 years, but sure, somehow it was relevant to the guy on the video chat. Dr. Grenadir is a dishonest cog in the horrid wheel of the medical insurance industry.

Horrible Service
Telehealth
Do not use his services! For a 5 minute telehealth appointment, I was chagred $540, for him to only look at a chart and put a perscription in for me. Stay away
