Dr. Jonathan Hafner, MD

Dr. Hafner is very kind, thorough and well-trained. He takes his time with patient visits and during surgery. He is also wonderful at post-op instructions and follow-up care. He understands all the ins and outs of his office, including how to operate the office machinery, cleaning, ordering, insurance coding, and billing. He prays with patients if they wish. He also takes care of any and all types of patients. Anything from the neck up, tonsils, skin cancers, neck lumps, thyroid, sinuses, broken noses, etc. His care is above and beyond.

If you want to wait over 2 hours to see the dr and only see him for 5 minutes, just for him to come in and barely listen to your issue, this is the dr to see. He comes off as unconcerned, nonchalant and doesn’t seem to care what issues you have going on. Can be rude and inconsiderate of your feelings. Didn’t help resolve my ongoing issues and doesn’t seem to care so now I’m off to find a new doctor. Won’t be back to that office for anything going on health wise.

I went to visit Dr. Hefner for a routine ear cleaning. The procedure caused so much pain and as a result of this “routine ear cleaning”, I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. The ER physician stated that he had never seen such damage to an ear drum.

Do not even waste your time. He was rude and swift to get out of there when he determined I had TMJ. he didn’t even try to figure out what was the culprit of it. He smarted me off because I got frustrated talking about this diagnosis that he gave. I waited 2 1/2 months to get in to see Dr. Bungee and they had Dr. Hafner as the Dr. that I was seeing. He even told me, “At least you do t have a tumor!’” Ridiculously smart with me as well. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone and if I wouldn’t even give him a 1 star.
