Very thorough
The appointment started about an hour late; however, not only did the nurse check in with me and provide me an update about why I hadn't been seen yet; Dr. Hibbs also came in to update me of his tardiness. I haven't had that before and that made me feel that my appointment and time was valued despite them running behind. He was very courteous, great bed side manner, and very thorough. He asked me questions but then dug deeper into those questions with different layers of follow up questions. Having been to many different specialists I truly felt like he was being investigative and trying to get to the bottom of my mystery illness.
