Very personable, empathetic toward my issue and addressed the surgery in very clear terms. He gave me realistic expectations with truthful answers, he told me this was a challenging surgery to go through, and would require hard work on my part.

Dr. Hodax Is very great!A very nice , kind and caring excellent Dr. And nice person. He did a wonderful job giving me a new shoulder joint, I was nervous, he made me feel so at ease, I am very grateful for his help and he is a great surgeon and very kind with everything!Virginia Mason is so fortunate to have him and so are all the patients he helps.
