My last visit in 11,24 was awful and in no way comparable to the treatment I received in 2023 and during Mar-April 2024. I never understood the seething undercurrent hostility emanating from this doctor when I initially queried plan of treatment in late 2023 but I brushed it aside because of my increasingly deteriorating eyesight. My eyesight began to go south only a few months after surgery, but I waited to tell him about it until our 6 month appointment. His medical assistants were rude, one mumbled under his breath that I needed to see an optometrist for new eyeglasses and the M.D barely talked to me about my current status. He recommended LASIK but I was afraid to have my eyes under his knives again. I requested my patient file & paid for it in Nov 2024 but it was never sent to me. I am sorry we ended this way because the surgical treatment was exemplary. The hostility and unprofessionalism from the staff & undercurrent atmosphere of bullying astonished me.
