The best!
Dr Knox is the best family practice Dr. I’ve ever had. When we moved here , I was referred to him. He’s been so attentive! Explains things so well. And keeps me up on my annual physicals. Which are very thorough and incl labs. Of which I get back usually the same day! If I need a quick appt, due to a virus or something , he fits me right in. Any questions I send him thru my mercy, get answered within hours! I just love him and highly recommend!

He actually takes the time to listen and talk to you. He doesn't rush you, doesn't talk too much and he's very to the point. Plus he's super nice. Not fake nice but genuine, you can tell he does his job because he likes helping people. With a language barrier I've had people yell at me, act like I'm dumb and anything you can think of. But he takes the time to make sure no information is lost and accommodated me. One cool thing to note is he uses the mymercy site which is AWESOME. it makes it so easy to communicate.

I've been a patient of Dr. Knox for over 15 years. Dr. Knox is a wonderful doctor. He will take care of you & if it's something that requires more of a specialized look, he doesn't hesitate finding the right specialist for you. He takes time to get to know you as a person, listens to you, & truly hears what you have to say. He's very personable, has a great sense of humor without sacrificing his professionalism, and genuinely cares about his patients. I have & will continue to recommend him.
