Dr. Krause is a great doctor. He does a great job of explaining things. He has done 2 different surgeries on me and both were highly succesful. I would highly recomment Dr. Krause and team!

I broke all 3 bones in my ankle some years ago. It got infected and healed badly, so I've had to wear an AFO brace since, special shoes and considerable pain. I went to Dr. Kraus for a consultation and he recommended a total ankle replacement. He was wonderful to talk to, and able to clearly explain what to expect and what the limitations of the surgery are and what to expect as an outcome. He is, in my opinion, one of, if not THE best surgeons in the state, if not the Midwest. I recommend him without reservations of any kind- he is truly the best. My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars- he deserves 10 or more. His staff are also the best; caring and extremely friendly, and know their jobs inside and out. Thank you Dr Kraus for giving me my quality of life back, you're amazing, and you're truly the best. A very satisfied patient and very grateful.

He explained the details of what he was going to do for my foot surgery. He did that very well. I think that The Get Well Loop is very helpful. His nurse Nathan was been very good at sneers questions before and after surgery. I feel that I have received good cares.

I've had an ankle fusion. All the appointments I had with Dr. Kraus, and his team, leading up to the surgery, and the 24 hour stay after surgery, have been positive. My questions or concerns during my recovery at home are immediately answered on My Chart. So far, I could not be more satisfied.

For my appointment I accidently went to the wrong facility for the appointment. The doctor and staff worked me in to still see me. I have 2 separate problems that need surgery in a timely manner so it was very important I be seen. They never made me feel bad either, in fact the doctor was apologetic for me having to wait a bit when they worked me in. I was so appreciative and so impressed with the empathetic way I was treated.

From the time of my accident in May until now, Dr. Kraus and his team have taken excellent care of me.

I appreciated Dr. Kraus’ experience. I could tell by the way he explained the surgery that he had done a lot of these surgeries. He was also clear about the post op restrictions, timelines, and expectations. And the whole flow of the system from pre-op to post-op was very smooth.

Each and every visit Dr Kraus was very informative at my non-medical level. Gave me options and then what to expect. Always very courteous, knowledgeable, and his team was the same.

Dr Kraus and team are very attentive to questions and concerns. Dr Kraus provided a very good explanation of what exactly would be done during surgery, and what to expect after surgery and during my months long recovery. Nothing was unexpected or a surprise. Questions to the team are answered quickly. The follow up loop helped me to know that someone on the team was following up and reviewing my answers. They proactively review for any post op complications.

Dr Kraus is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering any questions. Highly recommend. His team is efficient in answering questions in MyChart.

Everything from the pre op visit all the way until my surgery day I was very well informed and taken care of. Dr Krause and his team are amazing and check every option to make sure they are making the correct decision before proceeding.
