A few years ago I went to Dr. Jonathan Kung with a severe problem which caused a great deal of anxiety. Dr. Kung was kind, compassionate and really listened to me. Just from speaking with him, the stress over the situation was gone. He wrote a scrip, and after a few days revised it at my request. As it turned out, the meds were effective and solved my problem. Since then, he has always been quick to respond to my requests. I highly recommend Dr. Kung! Sally House Heinsohn

Rushed and unresponsive
Telehealth
Felt EXTREMELY rushed in every appointment with him 2 in-person and 2 video appointments so far. I needed a prescription refilled and called his team everyday for 2 weeks. With no response, one of the secretaries recommended scheduling a telehealth appointment because it was getting ridiculous. The appointment lasted 2 minutes where I just asked him to refill the meds I had been asking about for 2 weeks which he did and then they still charged me for that appointment... Would not recommend.

Bad listener, bad doctor
Dr. Kung is inept. If he had asked me any questions, he might have suggested a diagnosis, which I stumbled on by accident myself months later, when I discovered I was lactose intolerant. Instead, he pushed prescription drugs for my pain. The chart recorded vital signs which were never taken. It also recorded a diagnosis he never discussed with me. In addition to billing Medicare for a colonoscopy he did not perform, he billed for an initial visit of 45-59 minutes, after a 15 minute at most consultation. He has not responded to my messages about this; neither has his office.
