My husband went for an ruptured Achilles’ tendon. Dr Lawless wanted to put a cast on his leg that same day. My husband told him that he needed to think about all the other options (a special boot was one option) and that he was going to call him the next day. My husband called the next day and couldn’t get through so he left a message asking for the doctor to call him back. After not hearing from him for 2 days my husband called again. They told him that the doctor was busy so he left another message and asked for the doctor to give him a call. He waited another day and someone in the office told him that his first 2 messages went to another department… another department??? There’s only one Dr Lawless in that office…Finally after an entire week of having heard nothing from the doctor, he went to another doctor today and got taken care of in 2 hours. He got his boot and a treatment plan. This shoes a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. SHAMEFUL!!!
