Poor Customer Service
This doctors office is a complete waste of time. Dr Lee scoped my moms throat for literally 2 minutes and then just referred her. Dr Lee is inconsiderate and the front staff are just as rude. When we tried to get the records of her visit they said it could be up to a 30-day wait to have them faxed, even though she’s in an urgent situation. Not to mention when I faxed the release form ahead of time and then they smirked and rolled their eyes and made her fill it out again when she got there. We drove 3 hours just to get these records, when they could’ve easily been faxed. I would stay away from this doctors office if you are looking for help.

I went to Dr. Lee for several year and He was fine! Then I got a mouth and throat issue! He refused to treat me! I was shocked! He is ok for the everyday issues but don't challenge Him! He disappears! I was very upset with his actions!
