Excellent Care and great knowledge
I was very pleased to have a checkup two years post Lasik in another area. I had been worried about my eyesight as I am aging and needing readers. We came up with a great solution. All my questions were answered and I left knowing more about my vision. Dr. Minkowski took extra time to explain the changes in my eyesight and various options.

Dr. Minkowski is great!
Dr. Minkowski exams thoroughly and answers all my questions along with the staff. I started with Dr. Gaskin and loved him, however, he retired. Dr. Gaskin highly recommended Dr. Minkowski and he was right! I have been impressed and love Dr. Minkowski!

He is very personable and takes time to explain what is going on. I had cataract surgery performed by him in 2022. I had to have laser surgery in February 2025 on my left eye and today for the right eye. Both procedures went very well. I am very confident in his abilities and have recommended him to my family members!

Horizon Eye Care has great doctors
The young lady that did my pre-visit eye exam was great! She made me feel at ease and helped me with the eye chart. I had to have a CT scan of my eyes. There was a long wait. They would benefit getting another scanner. Dr. Minkowski is a great doctor and was very informative, professional and nice. I felt comfortable with him.

Caring, competent and clear
I have had two cataracts repaired by Dr. Minkowski. Of course, this entailed preop assessment and recommendations. The encounters were excellent, as he takes his time to explain the situation, the options, what to expect with surgery, etc. The surgeries were simple and painless. Postoperative care is excellent. I highly recommend him.
