Dr. Jonathan Navar, MD

I was very upset when Procare closed in Vegas and Dr Navar moved away. He was a great Dr , very knowledgeable and attentive. I wish I knew where I could locate now as I am still in Vegas and would love for Dr Navar to become my PCP again

I felt that my needs and concerns were valued by Dr Navar in a dignified manner with compassion and note to detail. Dr Navar explained everything: conditions, treatment, aftercare and what to expect if the future concerning particular condition(s). Dr Navar is Not a mere pill pusher he actually is concerned with the whole person and uses his skills to address what is necessary - society needs more MD’s like Dr Navar - I never felt overwhelmed or scared but reassured and confident of the care I have consistently received from Dr Navar. THEY DON’T MAKE DOCTORS LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!! DOCTOR NAVAR IS HUMBLE.

It is a shame as I was trying to establish a family doctor and was very disappointed. He spent a very short time with me, felt like he did not really care to get to know me and learn about my health at our first appointment. What happened to our health system?? feels like all they care about is seeing more patients so they can make more money but not really paying attention to the people. Such a shame.

Horrible experience! I had appointment with doctor Jonathan Navar on March 13 at 10:45am at Fort Apache. On March 13 they call me at 8am to reschedule my appointment because doctor has emergency. I am understand that. Miss Ashley-front desk gave me a new day March 20 at 10:45am with Jonathan, Navar at Buffalo location. I came and BIG SURPRISE doctor Navar not even there, He is in the different location. I came there for nothing. So I drove to Fort Apache to see doctor and talk to manager Juliana, about squeezing me between appointments, just because it was ASHLEY fall, she messed up, and I need doctor notes for today. But they said NO doctor is full today. They said sorry we can reschedule you again. How funny is that play with people like that. Thank you miss Ashley and Juliana Jimenez for not resolving your mistake. I missed 2 days of job it’s about 600$ + on March 20th was Jury Duty.

Dr Jonathan Navar is superb. He takes time to fully understand your medical issues. He has an excellent disposition. I highly recommend him .

Was my Doctor in Pahrump, saved my other half life,was the only doc. That paid attention and found his heart murmur. Connected us with a specialist. Helped my with my sinusitis got me the surgery neededwas a super good listener and problem solver.

Sadly, Dr. Navar is no longer working at Intermountain in Pahrump as he moved to CenterWell West Craig Las Vegas last April. Evidently that did not work out as when calling West Craig in October for an appointment, they informed me that he no longer works there either. Another victim of the Covid 19 mandates? Nobody will say...

Not very good he says one thing and then he does nothing get my girl's prescription called in so I don't have to sit and watch her in all this pain man not cool you told us you would two days ago and she is now out and in alot of pop ain thank you for nothing

Dr. Navar was very nice and listened very well to the health problems I was having. I have always had anxiety about going to the doctor but he did not make me feel anxious or nervous at all. He helped me figure out what was causing my issues and fix them.

Zero stars if that was possible. Did not respect my decisions regarding blood tests and other care after only one (half) visit. Refused to give me a referral to a neurologist, despite my suffering from epilepsy for over a decade. Was 15 minutes late for a 30 minute virtual visit and hung up on me after about ten minutes. Constantly talked over me when I tried to explain why I was making the health care decisions I was. Insufferable know-it-all. He thinks medicine is one-size-fits-all and that the doctor is always right. Steer clear, at his office you will only be a cash cow.

Dr. Navar has been my PCP for a few years now, and has been very helpful and supportive to me and my husband through a long and sometimes scary illness. He takes the time to listen and that’s a rare trait for a doctor in an increasingly busy and changing medical environment. I believe he truly cares about his patients. And it doesn’t hurt that he has a good sense of humor, too!

I regret leaving the bad review. I was angry and grieving at the the time. If I could delete or edit it I would. Hopefully this makes up for it. Also, Dr. Navar is a great and caring guy. It's the health insurance companies that earned the 1 star.

He's exactly what a lawyer should be. He listens and I believe he truly cares about his patients

The very best and I hope he stays here for as long as I live. He is the fourth Dr I’ve been to since I’ve lived in Pahrump in the last 12 years and in my humble opinion the best of all. So please stick around for a while please.

Dr. Navar is a rare breed HE LISTEN'S TO YOU ! Very attentive and straight to the point. Gives you options ! And it does not hurt at all that he is Ohio State University trained. My daughter is a graduate of OSU Medical and they are the best. They get real medical training. Dr. Navar ranks with me as one of the best doctors I have ever had. Too bad he cannot attend to his patients when they are in the local hospital. He could teach them a lot.

It's so nice to have a doctor that listen to you. Looks at different ways to help you. Very personable I like that. Highly recomend him.

Very pleased meeting my new primary provider..knowledgeable..professional.. Did not make me feel rushed..answered all my questions..and found him to be personable..looking forward to maintaining my health with his guidance.
