Great Pediatrician
Dr. Necheles always takes his time with us and our two children during appointments. He is very thorough in answering our questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. He is very good about taking our matters seriously, but also putting our mind at ease.

Inconsiderate and dismissive
He was the doctor on call for the after hours line. We called the line, left our number and concern. We did not realize our phone had a caller ID block. When we finally fixed the issue and got through, he has the audacity to tell us - concerned parents of a sick toddler at 1am - that this was the “4th time I have been woken up by the same patient” and that we “needed to figure it out.” This is a pediatrician who is on call, disturbed at being woken up by parents of a sick child.
