The most professional Anesthesiologist I have ever experienced. I had an opportunity to have an epidural from him before undergoing a serious C-section surgery as I had a high risk pregnancy. He is gentle handed, soft spoken and most importantly always asks patients about how they are feeling after they are done with surgery. I would highly recommend atleast all expecting mothers to get an epidural from him....Thanks Dr. Jonathan , you really helped me undergo painless delivery...

Had Dr. Otten for a brief time while in hospital at the UIHC. Even though the team and him was unable to determine the issues, Dr. Otten had great bedside manners. He came around daily and was professional. I would recommend him to anyone whom likes the personal touch of a meaningful doctor. A ????? rating!
