Not too trusting
I went in for an ear problem and didnt solve anything. Also, my throat has white spotd and doesnt look normal. He didn't say anything about it. All I hear about are meds. I was shoved out quick as possible and also have to pay a specialist fee. Not going back.

K Russell Back in 02 Dr. Pillow and Dr. Pallic done surgery on me. It’s was Christmas. I will say he did the outstanding job. I eat what ever I want. I know people who have had similar surgery as mine and they have had to have multiple surgeries and can’t eat certain foods. And I have actually told them that they should look them up. Thank you so much.

My granddaughter has been seeing Dr. Pillows since 2011. She has had numerous surgeries . Never had a rude nurse or Dr. Dr . Pillows is very professional . Cares about his patients. .

My granddaughter saw Dr. Pillow this week. They got her in immediately. She was so scared, wanting to cry. I was in Ardmore, so I couldn't be with her, even though she needed me. I felt terrible. BUT, she texted me and said she could almost have kissed Dr. Pillow. What she thought was going to be terrible didn't even hurt. She had so many nice things to say about him, his staff, and her entire experience there. We were so pleased.

I was treated for chronic nose bleeds. Dr. Pillow was super kind and attentive and answered all my questions! He cauterized my nose and I don't get nose bleeds anymore. Highly recommend!

I am currently being treated by Dr. Pillow since Jun 2020. He and his staff are very patient and understanding. He explained my CT in detail, which was very helpful. He listens to my concerns and explains all options. We work as a team! I have recommended to several friends and family.

I would say Dr. Pillow is very moody he always acts like problems are not important to him and that he really does like me. The nurse is extremely curt and rude. I think much of the time the nurses and receptionist reflect the doctor's view on life. They are cold and aloof.

Personally I'd give him no stars, this dr and his office staff is the WORST I've ever dealt with. They have poor attitudes and talk down to you, especially the nurse. I'm scared that if my child ever had surgery with him she'd get the treatment we got when she was still awake. Never will recommend him to anyone.

Found Dr. Pillow after loosing faith in my previous ENT (Dr. P. Hunter). Difference was night & day. Dr. Pillow has a great demeanor, is genuinely concerned, gets you in quickly & best of all is very thorough & explains every aspect of your diagnosis & care. My previous ENT never bothered to look at the ultrasound ordered by my primary care physician. Dr. Pillow reviewed those records, ordered a CT scan & explained all my options and made sure I understood & was an active part of the process.

He treated my son for constant nose bleeds due to a deviated septum. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options. His treatment was successful. I would highly recommend Dr. Pillow and his staff were all nice and helpful.
