Aside from being a great physician who is well informed, experienced and very insightful, Dr. Smith truly cares about his patients. Not only does he take the time I need at my office visits to answer my questions and address my health issues-- he always makes time to just "check in" with me to see how I'm doing overall. I always leave the office feeling better about everything. As a senior citizen with various medical issues, Dr Smith has helped me to be optimistic about my health. He is quick to respond to my calls and emails and is always available to see me in the office. I feel as though the weight of managing my medical care is lifted off of me. Dr Smith and his wonderful staff arrange visits with specialists and tests etc. I have known Dr Smith for over 10 years and feel so fortunate that he is taking care of my husband and myself. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician.

Dr Smith is as smart and attentive a professional as anyone could hope for. He listens first, asks questions and only then does he recommend a course of action. I’m in good hands with Jonathan and I feel great about that.

Have been seen by Dr. Smith for a few years now, first at the old practice, and now at Wayland Personal Physicians. Great internist who is very insightful and attentive to your medical condition. He has been able to fine tune medications and calibrate treatment options very effectively. Also very good for referrals within the Beth Israel Deaconness network. Able to secure appoints with top specialists in short order. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for a long time, over 10 yrs at this point. I have always felt great about the care I've received from him. He is diligent and caring and it shows in the way he communicates and interacts with his patients. Dr. Smith comes with my highest recommendation.

Once again, some time spent with Dr. Smith, and as always time WELL spent. Having Dr. Smith is a blessing in disguise. His caring ways of addressing issues are old school, and concerns by me put to rest. Last year I needed to see a cardiologist at Beth Israel hospital, and it was anything but an emergency. He made the call for an appt. Not only was it with the chief cardiologist, but instead of waiting for 3 months, it was 3 weeks. Also I travel from Ct. Enough said. THANK YOU DR. SMITH

I would highly recommend Dr. Smith. He has an easy going bed side manner and a great sense of humor. He listened to all of my health related concerns and worked with me to resolve these issues. I truly feel that I am in great hands with my healthcare having Dr. Smith as my PCP. Thanks Dr. Smith and Staff.

Good doctor, poor practice and office environment. Terrible customer service, you will be passed from department to department with your concern. I would recommend going to a smaller practice that cares about your experience after meeting with the doctor. Dr. Smith's office is not concerned with what happens after you leave, and for many patients this is a critical part of the process.
