Although Dr. Taylor is a nice person and a good Dr. my experience is that Everything about the office visit is rush, rush. It has always been very hard to get a phone response from the office assist. Jessica even when the MyChart system is utilized per the office's request, it takes at this point, (more than 3-days). This is even after I had surgery and was having an issue with my stomach, I sent the issue through My Chart on the 9th, today it the 11th. I have called and no answer
