I do not go here to be seen but I have to work along side these doctors for my job and the staff there is rude, unprofessional, and give you misinformation. They do not have their patients best interest in mind and it’s impossible to get Dr. Underwood to sign any of the required documents! So frustrating.

Caring for a 93 yr. old who became ill. Could not get an answer back after leaving many voice messages. Finally several days later got a call back informing that Home Health was being called at that time. After Three days,no Home Health we were informed by HH that no orders were received for her care. Had to call ambulance. No way would there be a recommendation for Dr. Underwood or nurse LeAnn.

Dr. Underwood and his nurse LeighAnne are wonderful. They make a great team, and thanks to them the quality of life for both me and my family has improved dramatically. I can't say enough how much Dr. Underwood has helped my daughter's condition(s) and how insightful he is to treat the patient as a whole, and not just single symptoms. My family holds him in the highest regard.
