Dr. Jonathan Virkler, MD

My 90-year-old mom fell so of course the assisted living and 911 firefighters decided that she needed to be a hospital patient. Dr. V did all the tests and discharged her. The same thing happened to my mom a year ago in Maryland and they kept her for several days of “observation” then discharged her for weeks of skilled nursing. It was a disaster and she was disoriented the whole time. The Maryland heroes ran up a huge bill but never a diagnosis or a treatment. So I give Dr. Virkler credit for being realistic about what medicine can accomplish with a 90-year-old.

Avoid Jonathan Virkler, MD at all costs! One of the most inconsiderate, rude, impatient, heartless doctors I’ve ever come in contact with. I have a medical condition that unfortunately puts me in the hospital every other month. Every admittance during his shift has been a nightmare. He talks over you, doesn’t listen to anything, runs as many tests to rack up the bill and then sends you home. Every SINGLE time, I am readmitted within the next 24 hours because the problem is unsolved. Very rude. Don’t waste your time.

Good Doc

Had a horrible experience wit this "so called" doctor. I was sent to Jupiter Medical E.R. for lacerations on my hand from glass cuts. I was told that I will probably need stitches but would not recommend glue because it may reopen. Next thing I know I'm being sent home by the nurse with a few band aids. I told the nurse I was waiting to get some stitches in which she ask the doctor and he is releasing me. He is AWFUL!!!! Everything from his bed side manner to his ability! Stay away
