Speed Billing
Doctor charged $560 for two minute visits to inject saline in my wrist for carpal tunnel relief. I asked him if he could take 2 more minutes and do the other wrist while we were right there. He said, No. Come back for a second 2 minute saline shot for the other wrist so I can bill you again. (Insurance doesn't cover two saline shots in the same day because, it's just over billing). But, I went back for the other wrist 30 days later and I let him know I was still having issues with the first wrist. He said come back again on another day so I can bill you again. He actually said the reason I had to come back on another day was because he could bill me again. After my shot he was just standing around in hall having social conversations with other staff. I'm on a high deductible plan, so I feel the over billing. Never going back.

Excellent manner to him and treated me promptly. Clearly explained what happened to me and what my options were. He repeated himself to make sure I understood everything and took the time to sit with me until all questions were answered. The outcome could not have been better. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor with a break, sprain or strain.

Dr. Faber is articulate and compassionate. He quickly conveys his findings and recommendations to you in easily understood language. His plans of action for his patients are clearly spelled out and are relatively easy to implement. His bedside manner is thoughtful and caring which demonstrates his commitment to his patients and his profession.
