Dr. Jonathon Long, MD

Dr. Long always takes time, and listens to my concerns regarding my care. He is very compassionate, perfect bedside manner, and genuinely wants to make his patients better!

Very disappointed with the care and the whole experience. I was referred to Dr.Long by my mother in law. I won’t be going back and neither will she. It took forever to receive a return phone call about my test results and I needed new medicine after the tests. It took five calls and voice messages to hear back from them and then I had to make another appointment to come back in. Almost $300 in bills and three weeks and I still don’t have my medicine. I had to go to a clinic to get my drugs-another $100. What a nightmare it has been. I’m getting a new doctor

His administration staff are completely incompetent. First, I must say that Dr. Long is a fantastic doctor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Long. His nursing staff are also very friendly and caring. His administration, however, do not do their jobs. They get catty when you question if they actually did the paperwork regarding your insurance and prescriptions. Getting your prescription? Ha! Plan ahead 1-2 weeks because they do those as well. His administration are lazy and incompetent.

Dr long does an outstanding and thorough job and I couldn't be more pleased. He takes his time and does his job right and thorough and you leave with a great experience.

Excellent doctor. Well informed about modern practices, spends time with each patient. Willing to take time and answer any questions you may have.

At Dr. Long office is always overbooked and rush between visits you do not get the time and attention that you are paying for and they is always at least a thirty minute wait even if you are the first patient of the day. The office staff does not like if you question them about doing their jobs with filing your insurance.
