Dr. Jonelle George, DO

I HAD A COLONOSCOPY PERFORMED BY DR. GEORGE WHERE I FEEL SHE POSSIBLY MADE MISTAKES DURING PROCEDURE WHICH IN TURN CAUSED MASSIVE BLEEDING THE FOLLOWING DAYS. DAY AFTER PROCEDURE SHE PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY COLONOSCOPY TO TRY AND REMEDY THE BLEED AND FAILED AGAIN. A THIRD COLONOSCOPY PERFORMED 2 DAYS LATER BY A DIFFERENT DR. AND HE STOPPED THE BLEEDING.

I went to see Dr. Jonelle George and her PA Beth was very rude and condescending. The doctor scheduled me for a colonoscopy and I asked to be reschedule for another 2 weeks. and Beth seemed irrated about it and told me the doctor is leaving the practice and I would have to start the process again with a different physician if I change my appointment date. The whole experience was something out of a twilight zone. I'm not sure if she was being truthful because why would the doctor schedule a procedure, if she's leaving the practice, what about the follow up. The doctor should monitor her staff a little more closely and I unfortunately will have find another physcian because of this level of unprofessionalism.
