Pleasantly surprised with new doctor!
Meeting a new doctor is always a bit stressful, but Dr. Lu was very professional and pleasant at the same time. She wasn't judge mental when I admitted that I hadn't followed the previous advice. Instead, she offered me other solutions while listening to my concerns. I am more than happy to continue seeing her on a regular basis. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my visit!

Awful staff and billing department. I was told that the three post-op visits were included in my cataract surgery fee. At my one-day and one-week post-op visit I was seen by the doctor and my eye healing was checked. At my 4-week postop visit, I was not seen by the doctor to check healing but was given an exam for a new eyeglass prescription. During check out, I was told this was covered as part of post-op and I paid my bill for the cataract surgery. Two weeks later, I received a bill for this Rx exam and upon speaking to billing was informed that this is NOT part of the cataract surgery fee. Do NOT call the visit a 4-week post-op if I am not going to see the doctor to check eye healing and do not tell me that the three post-op visits are part of the cataract surgery fee if this is not the truth. I could have seen my regular eye doctor for a new eyeglass prescription. I will not be going back to this office again. If you will lie about one thing, I am sure you lie about other things!!
