Robotic, uncaring
Basically said you have —— cancer look for a trial come back in 3 months we’ll give you info to take to read. Never got info am dreading going back haven’t found anyone new.

Not kind or caring in any way.
When I was at my sickest with Colon Cancer I went to see Dr. Tilford. She made me wait over an hour in a very crowded waiting room on a hard chair-it was so painful for me to sit upright after just having a stent put in. They did not care. There was also a severe Covid surge but they packed the waiting room. At the appt. Dr. Tilford was very cold and uncaring towards me. She told me she didn't see any reason for me to see her and there is nothing she could do for me. The Hospital Social worker Hilari set that up and told me Dr. Tilford would be my Oncologist. Turns out Dr. Tilford didn't want to be my Oncologist. Now that I am Stage 3 Cancer and need the Chemotherapy her Office which serves my whole town the entire 5 Office Practice of so many Doctors ALL refuse to see me. They said I "TERMINATED" DR. TILFORD. They just called me on a Holiday to tell me that. So. No one will help me. She 100% did NOT.

An excellent physician and oncologist always willing to go the extra mile by making sure I totally understood what the cancer was doing to my body. Saw me through some of the most difficult times of my life. Always straightforward with the very difficult news of my diagnosis and yet an encourager with each step of the path forward thoroughly explained. She surrounds herself with a great team & is highly respected by the rest of my treatment team of physicians (surgeons, gp's & hospitalists).

I am in good hands with Dr Tilford. She has stayed on top of my illness for the last seven years. She is unfailingly positive even through the worst of the illness. I recommended her to my very best friend.
