Dr. Jordan Fabrikant, DO

Dr. Fabrikant was very knowledgeable. He had a great bedside manner. I was very grateful that he spent as much time with me as I needed and answered all of my questions.

Dr Fabrikant was knowledgeable in his treatment plan and very understanding about my hesitancy with undergoing isotretinoin treatment. He reassured me that the complications polarized online only took place in a minority of cases. After placing my trust in his opinion, I now have clear skin and a restored sense of confidence!

Dr. Fabrikant was thorough and very complete with his skin exam. He took his time and made sure to ask me if I had any additional questions before the end of my appt with him, so i was able to talk to him about every concern I had. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients, I will always recommend him.

I went for an annual skin check, my first with Dr. Fabrikant. He didn't look at my nails or the bottoms of my feet or even my upper legs since I was wearing shorts. I mentioned two spots that I thought were new, and without really examining them just biopsied one and scheduled a biopsy for the other. It felt rushed and like I was being upsold on biopsies.

Visits with him are about 60 seconds long. He hardly listens at all. Fine if he's going to be effective, but I get a call 20 minutes before my appointment while I'm en route saying he no longer takes my insurance. He bills $150 for 60 seconds of his time and that isn't enough? We're in the middle of a long-term treatment plan, and he ditches me just like that. What a f**ked up healthcare system we have, and Fabrikant is exhibit A.

I went to Dr. Fabrikant to see if I needed a biopsy of something on my back. He wasn't sure if it was necessary but I asked him to do it. It turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. His office called me over a week later to tell me the results and told me I needed to make another appointment with Dr. Fabrikant to remove it and I would need stitches. I took off and my father came w/ me and paid for parking because there is none at his office. When I did see him after waiting for a half hour, he told me he doesn't remove basal cell carcinoma. I was so confused and frustrated. I was told that he did by his own staff. I asked if he could recommend a doctor who could do the procedure and he said he did not know of any who accepted my insurance. I am going to another doctor in his own practice who accepts my insurance and I don't need stitches. Awful experience. I will never go back. His office staff was lovely, however. They recommended the doctor in his group who will remove it.

I had 2 lesions on my face that were diagnosed as Basel Cell. It was recommended that I have Mohs surgery. I had previously had Mohs done on a different lesion several years ago, so I knew the procedure. Since he had done a biopsy prior to my Mohs appointment, there really were already pretty deep holes in my face. He just circled the two sites and dug even deeper, not doing the layer by later procedure of Mohs. I now am having skin graft surgery.

Dr Fabrikant is a great dermatologist. He was kind, gentle and answered all my questions honestly. He would also give sincere advice if he recommended a treatment or against a treatment, which is really hard to find these days. He's super knowledgable too. The staff is friendly as well, which is a definite plus. My scar is healing really well. I will definitely come back for any skin issues or cosmetic procedures in the future.

Dr Fabrikant made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. He was knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on with my skin. He prescribed medicine and told me exactly what to expect as far as possible side effects and the positive things to look for. He took time with me and I didn't feel rushed . I would recommend Him to anyone I know with a skin infection. Four Stars from Me.

I had a chemical peel and I feel years younger. Dr. Fabrikant was kind, patient and took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. I was worried about pain and what to do after. He listened to me and was very attentive. I have recommended him to all of my friends

He didn't seem to have the time to engage with you as a patient, and when he examined me for skin cancer he didn't seem very thorough! He performed some surgery on my left arm for skin cancer, but now I have to go back as he didn't get it all! This was my firs contact with Dr Fabrikant.
