Having a tooth extracted is never a “pleasant” experience, but I must admit that Dr. Greenberg Sr. and his staff were very professional and helpful in explaining exactly what was going to take place during every step of the process. I was in and out of the office in under an hour, which included taking care of providing all the new patient paperwork. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family should the need arise.

Took me 3 weeks to get in (with a referral), and I told the receptionist I was in pain and with recent major knee repair surgery I could not risk an infection. Didn’t matter. So I waited out the 3 weeks. I thought I was getting the extraction done today (the reception said it was possible) so I started the antibiotic protocol from my knee surgeon. It was only a consult. I waited 45 min in the waiting room just to get an X-ray and the surgeon’s consult took 30 seconds. No extraction and they are making me wait 6 more weeks and I just can’t risk that! I declined. Looking for someone else. They should not be booking urgent requests if they can not handle them. They should not be telling clients that they might get the procedure done at time of consult. I had very high hopes. Waste of 3 painful weeks.

Dr. Greenberg & his entire staff were absolutely wonderful! They are all so kind and friendly, so much empathy for what you are going through and eliminate all your fears for extractions, I had 3 at the same time. This was my first time getting a tooth pulled and new to this office but I couldn’t be more pleased or more impressed. From the first phone call with the scheduler, to the assistant explaining everything, to Dr. Greenburg’s surgery to the follow-up post surgery, everything was amazing. I everyone was kind, compassionate and professional and helped put my mind at ease. Thanks to the entire staff for making my experience such a positive one!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Greenberg for my 80 year old mom. She needed an implant and a bridge. Because of her age bone grafting was required. All procedures were done with minimum pain and in due time implant and bridge were build. It's been two years since procedure and my mom is super happy with her teeth. Thank you Dr. Greenberg! You rebuild my mom's trust and confidence in Dental Surgeons. She was very scared prior to the operation because of her past experiences.

If I could give one of those Grammy speeches thanking everyone i would. I would like to give the staff their verbal flowers for being so professional and kind. I just had 3 wisdom teeth removed (2/23/23). The Doctor prepared me during our consultation for every step of the procedure. Going in after two bad experiences at other facilities (NOT connected to this one) I was a little skeptical on if Dr. Greenberg would be able to get the tooth out and boy was I wrong. I remember thinking “my tolerance is out this world because this sedation isn’t working.” (a few moments later) my mom is handing me my hoodie and I feel no pain lol. The room was as if nothing happened, like civilians found a government hideout or something. In All seriousness 100 Star Rating from me. thank you all

Despite my concerns about my procedure and what sounded like a scene from the 3rd SAW movie in the room out of my mouth, the procedure was painless, Dr. Greenberg and his team were professional, confident, kind, fast, and answered all of my questions sufficiently. Hope to never have to go back, but if I do, I would schedule here again.

This was my consult with Dr. Greenberg and I like what i saw ….Clean,Knowledgable, and wants the best for his patients.
