Unresponsive to urgent matter
I repeatedly made contact with the professional team for over a 10 day period. I was repeatedly told that my message would be forwarded and a Nurse Practitioner would contact me that day. I neither heard from the nurse nor from Dr. Klein. Again, this was an urgent matter. Dr. Klein also did not respond to requests from my surgeon regarding the same matter.

If i could give less than one I would most definitely! He is very unprofessional! I do not see his career in doctrine lasting much longer. I was his patient in Pennsylvania hospital and he made it the worst stay ever. He ignored my nurses phone calls for almost five hours. He than lied and said he gave her a call back which he didnt. He also said he came and spoke to me which was a lie. When I questioned him on his behavior he ignored it and changed subjects.
