Dr. Jordana Herschthal, MD

Having tried various dermatologists in the area, I found myself disappointed with the brief amount of time they spent with me, not even providing a full body exam. 3 months ago, a cyst became infected, grew to nearly the size of a golf ball, I made an appointment with Dr Herschthal. She drained the cyst, did a complete body exam, found some other issues which she treated skillfully and with time and care. Her MAs/PAs were excellent, as was entire staff. I recommend her & practice very highly.

I went to this office since it was covered by my insurance, and I can say that this is the worst practice I've ever been to. The visit lasted less than 15min, the Dr. was nice but honestly, I dindn't feel taken care of. She asked a few questions and did some research (from her phone), they gave me a few samples but no instructions whatsoever, the esthetisian barely touched my face when she was doing the cleansing. Treatment did not work. Couple days later I recieved a $40 bill for "acne surgery

Called the office in Boca Raton 3 times (during a month period) to talk with Dr. Jordana since the treatment plan / cream didn't work for me. No call back. Two visits with no luck just an overpriced bill for no results.
