The procedure went well, no major discomfort afterwards. They have a streamlined process, however, I will say that I have been dealing with the same issues for two years now and my condition has not improved. After my last colonoscopy I was instructed to stay on the same medication (that I’ve been taking for two years yielding zero results) and given some enemas to do daily. Overall, I don’t think the current approach is working for me and I’m forced to go seek a second opinion and a different specialist. I appreciate the work they do but for me, I feel like just another number in the system. I spent less than 5 minutes after my procedure with the doctor. I explained the meds aren’t doing anything, in fact I stopped taking them and nothing changed, yet the doc said to keep taking it. Doesn’t make sense but hey, I’m not the doctor, just the patient bleeding their life away on a daily basis. I’m going back for the follow up but that will probably be my last visit to this practice.

The Doctor was excellent, the cleaning ok, the treatment was good, except the assistant Blonde with Curly Hair is rude and mistreats patients, in addition to making faces from behind her co-workers. The others are attentive and affectionate and the Dr. is very good.

Dr. Castañeda was very attentive to my medical questions. He was very thorough explaining my health concerns. I highly recommend him. I was very pleased with my visit.
