Unprofessional staff and excellent physician
Excellent physician, however the staff was definitely lacking insurance knowledge totally confusing my governmental plan (Medicare - Part A and B) and did not want to resolve their confusion, ultimately asking me to pay for the visit. The receptionist was quite rude and was not willing to assist, instead, she walked away creating a very angry situation which turned out to police assistance.

What a beautiful office very clean and staff very friendly. They are very strict on following COVID-19 protection guidelines. The office windows are all protected with clear shields. The Medical assistants wear protective gears. I also saw one MA cleaning the exam room after each patient. Dr. Loredo was do friendly and down to earth. I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

Visited Dr Loredo's practice 3 times during Covid, most nurses with no mask, 3 nurses came up with the tiny elevator with me with no mask, and patients who were there with no masks were not prompted to wear one. Dead cockroach in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Nurses unfriendly and incompetent, hardly speak English. DON'T GO!!!! Disgusting place!

I called Dr. Loredo's office and I was seen on the same day. Dr. Loredo was so assertive in his diagnosis and treatment. Friendly staff. Highly recommend Dr. Loredo as a primary care physician. TH

Terrible experience. His office NEVER answers the phone. If you need an appointment, or are sick you will not be able to contact him. I left several messages with this office and faxed and mailed a letter to the Doctor and never received a response - NEVER. If you are sick or need help you are in trouble with this doctor. His staff has total control over his office and does whatever they please. It is shocking.

Excellent doctor. I have several chronic medical problems and he has helped get my health under control. Very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Great staff.
