I have been a patient of Doctor Osorio for quite a while. I understand that when you go to a Dr. office or any office their is some waiting time. Needless to say the staff is friendly and helpful, I have seen when patient have been rude and the staff tries there best to explain the reason behind the delay.
As for Dr. Osorio he always knows what he is doing. I rather wait and be seen because that indicates if he takes long he is doing his job.

I have been seeing Dr. Osorio for over 17 years now. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He is a good listener
and accurate in his assessments of medical conditions.
His staff, most of whom I know for many years, is
knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

Worst service ever! At 11:30 am they stated they were closed for the day and the next WALK IN appointment for a Saturday is for June! Seriously!?

I took my mom to see Dr. Osorio (she is from Brazil and speaks Portuguese). We walked in since we didn't have an appointment set up. My mom said she felt very comfortable with the doctor, he spent lots of time with her explaining everything. The girls at the front desk were also very sweet. We will definitely go back!

When I walk into Dr Osorio's office, I am made to feel like I am part of a family. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

The receptionist are terrible. I made a walk in appointment a month in advance, After dealing with sever stomach issues the entire time. The day of my appointment I was not seen because I came at 8:15 rather than 8:00. This was a horrible experience and now I must find another doctor an wait another month to be seen while I'm sick.
