The front desk staff is terrible, calling the office is as if you were playing the lottery, the chances of them answering you are 1 in 10 million, and if you manage to get an answer, forget about being given the information you request. If you go to your appointment, go with the mentality that you will waste at least 3 hours of your day.

Waited over 3 hours, never got to see the doctor on the first visit! Staff dont care to keep the patients happy with their bad service! I suppose thats what happends when you put money over patient care! For sure ill be looking for another doctor!

Terrible, He laughs at your face, when he is actually, telling you bad news.

I have a medication that if I don't get I will die. My specialty pharmacy tried to reach them in order to verify the medication as it is very expensive. The receptionist response was we gave them all they need so I don't know why we need to call them. Maybe you as the patient should figure why we need to call them. My life is on the line but it's too much of a convenience for this office. Not my first issue with this place however there are no alternatives. I have strong insurance but if my case is too much of a hassle I guess I should just die.

Dr Jorge Suarez, is very professional sweet and care about your condition. Explained procedures well and he is on the ball to gets instruments and schedule you next procedure. The staff are very professional and willing to help, special Rosi is a sweetheart. I recommend the office to family and friends. The waiting time is reasonable no more tha half a hour after you appointment time.

Dr. Suarez is a good provider, the real problem is the horrible administrative personnel at his office, they are unprofesional, rude, and don't care about the patient, they can treat you like if you are annoying them. Is a shame that the Office Manager JUSTINE PADILLA, is borderline insulting you without any respect, she is supposed to provide solutions, no to become a problem. She and her staff doesn't care about the patient's health and doctor Suarez' Reputation. They won't ever admit their mistakes, putting your health at stake. If you actually care about your health and medical condition wait until Dr. Suarez goes to work somewhere else or hires a complete new staff. Once again, wait for him to open a new office, He is great but his employees can put your life at risk and laugh about it in your face. Mrs. Padilla and her staff are a liability for any medical provider and the patients.
